Over 10 years experience planning, designing and conducting mixed method qualitative and quantitative user experience research, helping cross-functional product teams create and design intuitive software, products and experiences that delight customers and eliminate their frustrations via the actionable synthesized insights I deliver.
Experienced in the breadth of discovery and evaluative research methods, I specialize in creating rapport with participants and drawing out natural and in-depth dialogue, leading to comprehensive insights which enable informed products and strategies that empathize with the user journey, resulting in intuitive interfaces and user-centric product design.

Using empathy to effectively communicate with my clients in order to ensure I achieve their research goals, and to truly connect with research participants, enabling honest and detailed findings.
Insight
I know when to dig deeper in client meetings, to ensure I am pulling out research goals that may not have even been considered. I pay close attention to every nuance in participant interviews, probing further as needed to collect the richest data.
Curiosity
I work with my clients to craft research plans and moderator guides to collect in-depth, rich data, covering each research goal and following up on each response that strikes my curiosity to fully understand participant thoughts, attitudes and behaviors.
